My Mission
I believe that the values that helped me navigate the demanding world of professional sports now enable me to support others in achieving their goals. Through the passion I cultivate every day, I can inspire the people I work with to not only develop their athletic skills but also find joy in training and achieve balance in life.
Training Philosophy
Regardless of whether you are an amateur or a professional, I believe that balance is the key to success. Only by maintaining the right equilibrium between commitment and relaxation can you fully unlock your potential. My approach is based on the principle of 70% focus and 30% ease, resulting in 100% efficiency. Each training session is individually tailored to support your development and help you achieve your goals.

🏐 Beach Volley Marathon, Bibione (Italy) 2024 – Ranked 17th-24th out of 320 pairs in the world’s largest beach volleyball tournament 🏐 Participant in Polish Championship Qualifications – 2018 to present 🏐 Finalist of the Academic Polish Championships – 2019 🏐 Polish Champion of LZS (Rural Sports Associations) – 2018

Experience and Training

A Professional Approach Based on Years of Practice and Expertise

My experience in the sports market includes working with top Polish indoor volleyball clubs as well as serving as Head of Operations at the Proskos Beach Volleyball Academy. I began my journey as a beach volleyball coach in 2023, leading the Balaszczuk/Włodarczyk pair to a 9th-place finish in the Polish Junior Championships final. In 2024, I conducted approximately 220 training sessions, working with both amateurs and professionals aged 8 to 60. Currently, I am involved not only in coaching but also in implementing sports projects related to beach volleyball.
